Do enough good things and you might wind up in a hall of fame someday. Or you can mix in a few bad deeds and wind up in a professional wrestling hall of fame. Happy birthday to longtime Bixby resident (who now resides near Branson, Missouri) "Cowboy" Bill Watts, who turns 85 on Sunday. The former University of Oklahoma football player and wrestler, was a 2009 WWE Hall of Fame inductee.
