Bridging Community
With political polarization hitting new extremes, AllSides highlights stories on efforts to bridge the divide and find common ground. In large part, this increased rancor is due to media bias, where news organizations rely on a business model that exacerbates partisan tensions.
There are many others working to ease polarization and bipartisanship across the country. This community serves as a resource to connect with those communities, take action, and stay informed on bridging in America.

Current Bipartisan Legislation in U.S. Congress
Would establish a Federal Interagency Work Group on Fentanyl Contamination of Illegal Drugs, among much else.
Would amend title XI of the Social Security Act to require direct-to-consumer advertisements for drugs and biologicals include appropriate disclosure of pricing information.
Would require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to encourage entrepreneurship training in after school programs, and for other purposes.
