Tulsa receivers Marquis Shoulders, Devan Williams enter transfer portal

Tulsa receivers Marquis Shoulders and Devan Williams announced on X (formerly known as Twitter) this week that they were entering the transfer portal. Both began last season as starters before suffering injuries. Williams, who was a freshman, was second on the team with 29 receptions for 399 yards and two touchdowns in nine games.
