Holland Hall's Megan Kalapura leads 3A; Tahlequah Sequoyah nears girls golf breakthrough win

GIRLS STATE GOLF ROUNDUP: ROUND 1 Class 3A Tahlequah Sequoyah has had girls teams claim championships in basketball, cross country and softball. But never golf – and the Indians are aiming to reverse that trend this season. Tahlequah Sequoyah finished the first day of the 3A state tournament in Oklahoma City with a 330, while Metro Christian is second at 347. Cascia Hall is sitting in third with a 354.
