Former North Dakota OL Cade Borud commits to Iowa via transfer portal

IOWA CITY — Ex-North Dakota offensive lineman Cade Borud has committed to Iowa via the transfer portal, he announced Saturday on social media. Borud made the announcement after visiting during Iowa’s open practice on Saturday. The Pleasant Hill native started 12 games at center in 2023 for North Dakota and earned recognition on the Missouri Valley Football Conference’s all-newcomer team.
