As if the Miami Heat’s injury issues weren’t bad enough, they just got worse. With the eighth-seeded Heat down 3-1 in its best-of-7 first-round playoff series against the top-seeded Boston Celtics and facing elimination, rookie Jaime Jaquez Jr. has been ruled out for Game 5 on Wednesday at TD Garden (7:30 p.m., Bally Sports Sun and TNT).
