Hawks' first-place finish in 4x800 pushes Ankeny boys track to team title at Drake Relays

Propelled to the top by a first-place finish in the 4x800-meter relay, Ankeny boys track took home the Drake Relays team title. The Hawks’ quartet of Nicholas Robie, Ike Smith, Jake Bosch and Ethan Zuber ran the 4x800 in 7 minutes 39.54 seconds. That time gave Ankeny the win by nearly four seconds and set a new Drake Relays record.
