Sensory room at Wrigley Field aims to help those with sensory sensitivities

CHICAGO — The Chicago Cubs unveiled the first sensory room for fans at Wrigley Field. It’s on the main concourse next to fan services. “I’m really proud to be part of this sensory inclusive movement,” Kelly AuCoin said. The actor also sits on the board of Kulture City. The non-profit teamed up with the Chicago Cubs to design the new sensory room. It has a sound machine, soft lighting, a tactile texture wall, interactive light cubes and other features all aimed at meeting the needs of fans with sensory sensitivities....
