Jackson police arrest 16-year-old wanted in fatal shooting

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police arrested a 16-year-old suspect after one person was killed and another was injured during a shooting. Deputy Chief Sequerna Banks said Jordan Long, 16, was charged with capital murder and aggravated assault. He was wanted in connection to a shooting that happened in the 100 block of Covington Park Drive on Friday, February 9.
