PeaceHealth Family Medicine offering back-to-school sports physicals Aug. 11

The PeaceHealth Peace Island Family Practice clinic is holding a one-day back-to-school sports physical clinic for established patients on Friday, Aug. 11. Visiting PeaceHealth pediatrician Rachel Westerfield, DO, will see patients for 20-minute appointments between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. The cost of the exams is $75; typically insurance does not cover this. The exams are required in order for youths, grades six through 12, to participate in extracurricular sports.
