A man killed in River Oaks Thursday night may have been a San Antonio-based rapper who bragged about killing another man during an attempted robbery hours earlier. Around 6 p.m. Thursday, Houston police say Darrell Gentry, 26, was driving in a parking garage when two men shot at him multiple times and then fled. Police Chief Troy Finner said the manner of the shooting led police to believe it was targeted but did not comment on a motive, though both the FBI and the police department's gang unit were investigating....
