Health Secretary Says U.S. Is Prepared for More Ebola Cases
The U.S. may see more cases of Ebola, but the country’s health-care system is prepared, Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell said Thursday.
“I think there may be other cases, and I think we have to recognize that as a nation,” Ms. Burwell said during a breakfast forum at the Kaiser Family Foundation. Throughout the world, the number of infected people is going to increase before leveling off, she said.
