Three companies to cut central Ohio operations affecting 455 workers

Three companies have told the state that they are cutting central Ohio operations that will affect as many as 455 workers, including two warehouses that will be closed. Arlington Contact Lens Service said it will close its Columbus operations, including its distribution center at 2250 International St., on Aug. 3. The company said 151 workers will lose their job.
