Pierce County medical examiner identifies Puyallup men who died from homicide-suicide

Two Puyallup men who were found dead earlier this month in a hospice bed from a homicide-suicide have been identified, according to the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office. William Stack, 78, died from a gunshot wound to the head near the 9900 block of 135th Street East on April 2. His manner of death was listed as a homicide.
