A federal jury in Dallas on Friday found a North Texas doctor guilty of tampering with IV bags linked to multiple cardiac emergencies and the death of an anesthesiologist, authorities said. Dr. Raynaldo Rivera Ortiz Jr., 60, was found guilty on all 10 counts he faced.
