Charges amended for 16-year-old suspect in shooting at Chiefs’ Super Bowl rally

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Jackson County family court says the Office of the Juvenile Officer has amended charges against a 16-year-old juvenile for last month’s shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl rally after receiving additional evidence.
