It’s that time of year again as The Special Olympics Torch Run Plunge returns for 2024. Taking place March 24 at Salty Brine State Beach in Narragansett, per their website: the plunge typically hosts between 200- 250 participants, many representing local and state police agencies as well as fire departments, corrections officers and public safety.
