Two Rivers community holds vigil hoping for Elijah Vue’s safe return

TWO RIVERS, Wis. (WBAY) - The Two Rivers community hosted a candlelight vigil Saturday night, hoping for the safe return of three-year-old Elijah Vue. He has been reported missing for almost a month now. The amber alert concerning Elijah was sent out on February 20th. The reward for any information that leads to Elijah is now up to $40,000: $10,000 from Manitowoc County Crime Stoppers, $15,000 from the City of Two Rivers, and $15,000 from the FBI.
