Suspect in fatal shooting at Birmingham family barbecue nabbed in stolen food truck in Chilton County

Authorities have released the name of a man killed when an argument broke out at a family barbecue at a Birmingham home. Birmingham police on Thursday identified the victim as Willie Carr. He was 56.
