NHL arena bill passes House of Representatives

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — With just 24 hours to go until the end of the legislative session, lawmakers have passed some key bills today, Feb. 29 — one of which would help build a National Hockey League arena in downtown Salt Lake City. The bill passed with a 50-20 vote in the House of Representatives, but will be sent back to the senate because it was amended.
