Iowa City West earns narrow win over Cedar Falls

Iowa City West posted a narrow 45-43 win over Cedar Falls for an Iowa boys basketball victory at Iowa City West High on Jan. 27. The first quarter gave Iowa City West a 10-7 lead over Cedar Falls.
