Foreign passport holders stuck in Gaza for weeks begin leaving for Egypt

CAIRO, Egypt — Scores of foreign passport holders started leaving war-torn Gaza Strip Wednesday after Egypt opened the Rafah to allow people in for the first time since the Israel-Hamas war began on October 7, as part of a reported deal brokered by Qatar.
