First City Pride Center hosts Savannah Pride events this weekend

Savannah's First City Pride Center is one of only two LGBTQIA+ community centers in the state, and every October, the Center hosts Savannah Pride with a festival and parade around Ellis Square. This year's event provides a full slate family-friendly and adult-only activities, from Telfair Museums' Pride Week Curators' Tour, discussing the works of African American sculptor Richmond Barthé, to drag shows headlined by contestants of RuPaul's Drag Race.
