(Madison) – Current Sister Bay and Liberty Grove Fire Chief and retired Door County Emergency Services paramedic, Chris Hecht is the 2023 First Responder of the Year for the First Assembly District. On Tuesday, Representative Joel Kitchens presented Hecht with the award during a ceremony in the Wisconsin State Assembly.
