Investigation begins after Cass County squad car damaged overnight with incendiary device

FARGO — An investigation involving the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has been initiated after a Cass County Sheriff's Office deputy discovered incendiary materials on one of the office's squad cars. According to a news release, a deputy was walking to their car early Tuesday morning, Sept. 12 when the deputy noted "minor damage" to the vehicle sustained overnight.
