A 23-year-old Bergen County resident was among the nine soldiers killed Wednesday when two Black Hawk medical evacuation helicopters crashed during a routine nightime training exercise at Fort Campbell in Kentucky, Army officials said. Sgt. David Solinas, of Oradell, was identified Friday afternoon as of the soldiers, the U.S. Army announced Friday.
