A Douglas County psychologist violated Colorado’s mandatory reporting laws when she failed to tell authorities about a teenage client’s allegations of childhood sexual abuse, Parker police allege in court filings. Virginia Kibler, 71, was charged with a misdemeanor count of failure to report suspected child abuse in August, and is scheduled to appear for a disposition hearing in mid-February, court records show.
