Kanye West is suing to get on ballots in West Virginia and Wisconsin
Renowned Rapper Kanye West launched a presidential bid late into the 2020 election cycle and is now suing in Wisconsin and West Virginia to get his name on the ballot in those states, according to the Washington Free Beacon.
West failed to get on the West Virginia Ballot because many of the signatures submitted were not counted—only a portion of the signatures came from confirmed registered state voters and some of the signatures were illegible, bringing his remaining signature count below the needed threshold.
