WATERBURY, CT — One teen drowned and three others were arrested after fleeing from police Tuesday afternoon in Waterbury, according to FOX 61. Police initially spotted an unoccupied, abandoned vehicle stolen out of Millertown, New York at 12:13 p.m. Then an officer saw a group of teens on Sage Drive in a vehicle stolen out of Ridgefield.
