ST. CHARLES COUNTY — Prosecutors are walking back claims that a teenage driver had fentanyl and ketamine in her system when she crashed into a tree and killed three of her passengers last year in Lincoln County. Prosecutor Dulany Harms said this week that some of the drugs in the toxicology report for Hailey Zenk, now 19, were “disputed,” so he plans to withdraw the report before the teen is sentenced.
