Two public hearings on Westfield truck terminal scheduled for April 23

WESTFIELD - Both the City Council and the Conservation Commission will host public hearings on Westfield trucking company DM Express’s proposal for a truck terminal at 209 Lockhouse Road on Tuesday, April 23. The City Council hearing is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the second floor City Council Chambers at City Hall, 59 Court St., Westfield.
