Michigan AG warns against price gouging ahead of NFL Draft

Consumers planning to attend the NFL Draft in Detroit next week should be on guard against price gouging related to the event, Michigan's Attorney General said. "Fans should be able to enjoy the Draft without being nickel-and-dimed by excessively high prices," Dana Nessel said in a Friday statement. "My office will be on the lookout for any business that tries to take advantage of attendees." Nessel said state law bans retailers from charging excess prices for goods and services.
