Michael Novotny tossed a one-hitter and went 3-for-3 with a double, a home run and five RBIs to lead Gov. Livingston, No. 13 in the NJ.com Top 20, to a 12-0 win over Elizabeth in Berkeley Heights. Novotny struck out eight and walked three in the five-inning game. Matty Diskin also homered and drove in two runs for Gov. Livingston, which improved to 8-1. The N.J.
