A man police accused of killing another man who was with his ex-girlfriend at an Algiers apartment complex in September was booked with murder late last month, court records show. Teddy Allen, 38, jailed on a count of second-degree murder Feb. 28, allegedly shot 32-year-old Nelson Harry dead as Harry and Allen's alleged ex-girlfriend tried to purchase marijuana at the complex off Behrman Highway Sept. 17, 2023.
