COLUMBUS, Ohio (WKBN) – Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed an executive order on Wednesday to ensure the safety of Ohioans during the solar eclipse. Around 3:15 p.m. on April 8, a total solar eclipse will cross a 124-mile-wide band through Ohio.
