CT police increase presence on rural roads to deter speeding, reckless driving

Connecticut drivers will see more police out on some rural roads this spring as part of a federally funded initiative to increase safety, state officials say. The push to crack down on speeding and reckless driving on back roads comes as Connecticut State Police also are increasing enforcement efforts on the state's highways.
