Statewide vote on Medicaid work requirement is likely
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Democrat Rep. Erin Healy said a bill that would require South Dakotans to vote on a work requirement for Medicaid expansion says that “We tell South Dakotans they didn’t understand what they voted on.” Healy referred to the 2022 state vote on a ballot that approved Medicaid expansion.
