ELIZABETH, NJ – Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel, alongside Elizabeth Police Director Earl Graves and Elizabeth Police Chief Giacomo Sacca, announced the arrest of Gerard Manning, 30, in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred on November 23rd in Elizabeth.
