PORTLAND, Maine — An explosion shook a small cruise ship Wednesday docked in Maine’s Portland Harbor, injuring one person and prompting evacuation of passengers. American Queen Voyages’ Ocean Navigator had just docked at Ocean Gateway Terminal when the blast happened around 7:25 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18, officials said.
