Plan to keep Brewers in Milwaukee coming before Wisconsin Assembly on Tuesday

The state Assembly on Tuesday will take up a proposal to keep the Milwaukee Brewers in Wisconsin until at least 2050 and spend nearly $550 million in state and local money to finance the team's stadium.
