Fargo team advances to region championship, 1 victory away from Little League World Series

WHITESTOWN, Ind. — The Fargo Little League team is one win away from making history and earn an appearance at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pa. Fargo, which competes under the name Team North Dakota, defeated Team Iowa 12-7 on Thursday afternoon to advance to the Midwest Region championship against Team South Dakota from Sioux Falls.
