Gov. Walz signs bills that seek to make Minnesota an abortion, LGBTQ+ refuge

Tim Walz on Thursday signed bills protecting people providing or seeking abortions in the state; one making Minnesota a refuge for gender-affirming medical care; and another banning conversion therapy.
