Woman struck by car in Morton Grove, dies of injuries Sunday

Bernardita Libot, 72, of the 2500 block of Golf Road, Glenview, has died after being hit by a 2018 Cadillac sedan at 8 p.m. March 19, Morton Grove Police said. In a department statement, police said the crash took place on the 9200 block of Harlem Avenue while the car was traveling southbound. First responders took Libot to Lutheran General Hospital with serious injuries and she died at about 10:20 p.m. that night, police said.
