PELHAM, NY — Time to pick out possibilities for Spring 2023 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, when Caffe Regatta and more than 140 other eateries will be celebrating the local culinary scene. From March 20- April 2, chefs throughout the region will be serving up delicious, creative dishes that feature locally sourced ingredients. For two weeks, restaurants will offer special, three-course menus that run from $24.95, $29.95, $39.95, or $44.95.
