Celtics: Brown suffered maxillary facial fracture

The Boston Celtics said Friday that All-Star Jaylen Brown suffered a maxillary facial fracture Wednesday night against the Philadelphia 76ers, and his status will be updated next week. Brown was inadvertedly elbowed by teammate Jayson Tatum under the basket when they were both going for an offensive rebound late in the second half against the 76ers.
