West Virginia native Philip Bowen poised for "America's Got Talent" premiere

FAIRMONT — As the 18th season of "America's Got Talent" premieres Tuesday night, another West Virginia native is hoping to win the show's coveted $1 million prize. Vocalist, fiddler, songwriter Philip Bowen will debut on the national hit TV show at 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 30.
