Demolition of iconic N.J. cookie factory to resume after year-long pause

After a year-long hiatus, demolition is set to resume on an iconic North Jersey factory that produced some of the world’s top-selling cookie brands. Demolition of the Nabisco factory in Fair Lawn began in 2022 and was supposed to end with the implosion of the plant’s tower last spring.
