Coastal flood advisory issued for Ocean County until 2 a.m. Friday

A coastal flood advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 1:57 p.m. valid from 2 p.m. until Friday 2 a.m. for Ocean County. The weather service states, "Up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways."
