TPS considering relocating special education transition program

Tulsa Public Schools officials are considering moving a growing special education program to a northeast Tulsa campus that has not housed students since the Ronald Reagan administration. At Monday night’s meeting, the school board tabled a pair of agenda items that would allocate $2 million in bond funds and $2 million in federal funds to renovate the former Ross Elementary School, 8934 E.
