SOUTHWICK — One of the two finalists for police chief has been investigated several times for violating laws or internal policies, according to Southwick Police Department records. Police Lt. Rhett Bannish points out, however, that he has been formally reprimanded just once. The Westfield News made a Public Records Law request for the internal investigation files of both chief candidates, Bannish and Detective Sgt.
